Rules of the OFF-ROAD

  • Wear a helmet…Every trip, every time.
  • Wear eye protection, boots, long pants, long sleeve shirt, & gloves.
  • Only ride an ATV that’s right for your age – NEVER allow kids to operate adult ATVs.
  • Supervise riders younger than 16 – ATVs are not toys.
  • Do not carry passengers on single-rider ATVs.
  • Only ride on unpaved trails – Do Not ride on paved roads.
  • Be sure someone knows where you are going & when you’ll be back.
  • Do Not ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Take an ATV safety course. 
  • Plan your trip before you ride. 
  • Look at the area for wire fencing, tree stumps, & other dangers.
