Rules of the OFF-ROAD
- Wear a helmet…Every trip, every time.
- Wear eye protection, boots, long pants, long sleeve shirt, & gloves.
- Only ride an ATV that’s right for your age – NEVER allow kids to operate adult ATVs.
- Supervise riders younger than 16 – ATVs are not toys.
- Do not carry passengers on single-rider ATVs.
- Only ride on unpaved trails – Do Not ride on paved roads.
- Be sure someone knows where you are going & when you’ll be back.
- Do Not ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Take an ATV safety course.
- Plan your trip before you ride.
- Look at the area for wire fencing, tree stumps, & other dangers.
